Making Money Online With Paid Surveys

Posted in Uncategorized by Administrator on the June 30th, 2008

If you’ve been surfing the internet for some time you’ve surely seen ads for paid survey sites. These sites offer the opportunity for you to easily make some money filling out surveys online. Many companies test new products by offering online surveys to Web surfers. Some of them will even send you a not yet released product, let you try it, and compensate you for your opinions on it.

Many paid survey sites are legitimate, though some do nothing more than guide you to the sites where you can actually find the surveys. The biggest problem with many online paid survey sites is that they claim that you can make a ton of money from filling out surveys. If you’ve just started filling out paid online surveys you’ll likely have to spend a lot of time just finding one that wants to be tested by your demographic, and even then you won’t make all that much at first. Like with anythng else you’ll make more money based on how much time and effort you spend on it. However, if you want to try something fun, make a litle money, and even get some new products for free you should try filling out online paid surveys.

Using Keyword Density To Get Higher Search Engine Rankings

Posted in Search Engine Optimization, Higher Search Engine Rankings, Websites, Search Engines, Content by Administrator on the May 20th, 2008

If you’re trying to earn money online by promoting affiliate programs, using Adsense, or selling your own products and services you’ll need to get as much traffic as possible to your web sites. These days, to get traffic to your web pages, whether you use pay per click advertising or search engine optimization to promote them, you need to have as much unique, high quality content as possible. Within the content of your individual web pages you need to use the keyword or keyword phrase that you’re trying to get ranked in to get first page results on the major search engines. How often you use those keywords is known as keyword density.

Of course you’ll want to use your main keywords and phrases often enough in your web pages for higher rankings. However, if you use the same keywords and phrases too much within your pages content you may get penalized by the search engines. For proper on-page search engine optimization you need to find the right keyword density to succeed. Most webmasters consider the best keyword density to be 3 or 4% to rank higher in Google with Yahoo being a bit higher at 7 or 8%. Since there may be many places in your pages content to use your main keywords and phrases you should use some alternative words and phrases so you don’t overdo it. If your main phrase is “best dog training collar” you can use “top dog behavior training collar” instead for some variety. This may also help you get higher search engine rankings for various keywords and phrases.

Whatever the case, make sure to use your main keywords often enough, but not too often to succeed at SEO and make more money online

Where Should You Put Adsense On Your Sites?

Posted in Make Money Online, Adsense, Websites by Administrator on the April 29th, 2008

By now most webmasters knows that putting Adsense on their websites is an excellent way to make money online. All you need is for your site visitors to click the Adsense ads on your sites and you’ll make a percentage of the Adwords click charge from it. However, some Adsense ad blocks convert more clicks than others.

Adsense ad blocks that look like banners are shown to get less clicks than the square (336×280 or 300×250) ad blocks. Everbody who surfs the Web has by now seen thousands of banner ads and knows that they’re advertisements and may tend to be less likely to click on them. Whether they are horizontal or vertical Adsense ad banners, they’ll probably not get clicked on as much. The square adsense ad schemes can be put in the body of your sites content and will look like a more natural part of it, which should mean more clicks.

No matter what Adsense ad blocks you use you should make sure that the colors match the color scheme of your sites for an even more natural look. You are also better off not having borders on your Adsense ads.
